Agreement to Terms

Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email or phone. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days of submission, you or the Company may bring a formal proceeding.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AND THE COMPANY ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action in court for injunctive or other equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Entire Agreement

Assignment
